The Fruit
Davison Brothers began packing and shipping citrus in 1922, and
built our
reputation because we hand-pick & hand-pack the best citrus in
season and give superior service to our customers worldwide. To
insure you receive only top quality oranges and grapefruit, we
use only fruit from the Indian River Citrus groves, that is tree
ripened to allow the sweet flavor to develop naturally.
The Groves
Along the Eastern seaboard of Central Florida runs the Indian
River.
Along the river banks, the Anastasia limestone soil is rich in
calcium and all the right nutrients for growing the world's best
citrus. The combination of the enriched soil, gentle rains,
Florida Sunshine, tropical ocean breeze, along with our hard
work and special care allows us to bring you premium tree
ripened citrus-thin skinned, extra sweet and super juicy.
The Packing House
Visit our Florida citrus gift store and packinghouse. Davidson
Brothers takes great pride in the quality, personal care, and
hand packing of all our citrus gifts. As the fresh citrus comes
into our packing house it is
 unpacked
from the large wooden containers from the orange and grapefruit
groves, hand sorted, inspected and taste tested. Then each box,
bushel, or basket is hand packed when you order, so that you
receive only the freshest and best quality citrus fruit
available.
The Gift
Shop
We welcome
visitors and locals in our retail gift shop, taste a free sample
of the delicious citrus and confections or purchase any of the
items you see online or in our catalog. We also carry many
unique gourmet food
items and Florida gifts that are only available in the store.
Pick up some fresh Indian River Citrus - bagged or boxed for the
car or plane. Our "Flight Pack" is airline approved and may be

Our Location
We are on the Nor thern
edge of the Indian River Citrus growing district only
minutes from I-95 and I-4 along the riverfront on downtown
Daytona Beach’s beautiful Beach Street. Take
the Route 92 Exit, East. This is International Speedway
Boulevard. You will pass the Daytona Speedway go about 2 miles
to Beach Street, go right 2 blocks to 248 S Beach and come in for
a visit and some free samples!
